Manager, Cultural Tourism & Tickets Tonight
Paul is Tourism Vancouver's Manager of Cultural Tourism and Tickets Tonight, where he oversees communications, works with event promoters, creates new partnerships, builds customer relations and markets Tickets Tonight. As Manager of Cultural Tourism, Paul works to build a stronger relationship between Vancouver's arts and culture scene and its tourism industry. He currently serves on the Board for the Alliance for Arts and Culture, the Culture Days Task Force, and was recently a part of the Metro Vancouver Regional Culture Committee. Paul is a member of INTIX, the International ticketing association, where he is a jurist on the awards committee and has led sessions at annual conferences. Paul holds a BFA from Brock University in Drama and a MFA from the University of Calgary in Theatre Directing.

Coordinator, Tickets Tonight
Jenn provides weekday administrative support for Tickets Tonight and has been with the company since 2012. She has worked for numerous not for profit organizations in the city including PuSh, Vancouver TheatreSports League, Vancouver Folk Music Festival, and Vancouver Farmers' Markets. Jenn is an avid gardener and loves to travel when not exploring Vancouver's vibrant art scene.
Assistant, Tickets Tonight
Rady assists in providing part-time administrative support for Tickets Tonight and has been with the company since 2016. He splits his time between Tickets Tonight, professional photography, and our local film industry. Rady also enjoys exploring new lands and spending time with friends & family.
You may see other friendly faces at the Tickets Tonight booth. Tourism Vancouver's Visitor Experience Specialists in the Experience Vancouver Department staff the booth daily and are responsible for educating residents and visitors about events and for ticket sales. They also provide support at our offsite box offices.
